BEVERLY BANDITS PREMIER- CONROY
Head Coach: Bill Conroy
Twitter: @Bandits05
Outlook: The Bandits went 41-6, won Boulder IDT and Easton Rawlings Invitational and finished as runner-us at PGF 16U Premier Nationals last summer. They went 26-6 in the fall, finishing 2nd at Queen of the Hill, PGF Shootout and AZ Last Blast ’23. They already have a berth to PGF 18U Premier Nationals this summer. “Great group of young ladies with 12 returning Bandits, eight of which were with our coaching staff at 16U,” Bandits coach Bill Conroy said. “They need to keep focused on the goal to continue to improve, get better and fight until the battle has been won.” They have four different types of pitchers, but the glue of the staff is Sage Mardjetko, Gatorade State Player of the Year for Illinois. The Bandits have speed at the top and bottom with some solid sticks in the middle. On defense, the Bandits have a “scrappy group that play unselfishly.”
