Thankfully, my team exceeds those standards. After joining, I formed a great bond with my teammates and coaches who push me to become the best player I can be.
Tell us about your future high school team? I will be a freshman at Huntington Beach High. I am thrilled that I will be able to play with some of the best players in my area and represent my hometown.
Can you tell us about your team’s run to 5th place at the PGF 12U Premier Nationals? My team worked hard and continued to progress all season. Although, it’s not exactly the outcome we wanted, we fought through every game and worked as a team. Overall, we all contributed to our success.
Which player/team has been your toughest opponent and why? Athletics Mercado-Iwai has been my toughest opponent because they are a great team with very talented players. I always had to be at my best and work with all my pitches. Whenever we played them, it was always a challenge and usually resulted in a close game.
What have you faced/overcome in life that has made you the person you are today? I had to overcome being a perfectionist. I would always be so hard on myself if I didn’t play as good as I knew I could. I learned that I shouldn’t beat myself up, but instead take it as a learning experience.

What’s your favorite book to read and why? While I don’t have a favorite, I enjoy reading mystery novels.
What’s the best hype song and why? I like to listen to Drake to get me hyped up for games.
What’s your favorite TV show to binge and why? My favorite TV show to binge is “The Summer I Turned Pretty.” I enjoy the plot twists and suspense leading up to each episode.
What’s your favorite movie and why? My favorite movie is “The Sandlot” because it reminds me of my childhood.
Do you have a secret talent/skill? I enjoy doing volleyball in my free time.
